Tom, Ellicott City MD: Your information on how to refill the IR-B60 inks (in .pdf format), while good to have, requires adjustment (great graphics btw). I went through most of my inks "waiting" for the ink to stop "Dripping"(step 10). The ink never stops actually dripping if you do step 9 first ("Remove tape used to cover groves in step #1") because you are equalizing fluid/air pressure inside the cartridge. I would recommend (as I have found out using up all the ink from the starter kit), is to: Keep #10 but DO NOT REMOVE THE VENT TAPE until the the cartridge is REINSTALLED. Also, electrical tape is far superior than your green dots - kudos for that tip! I might also include a .pdf step by step for cleaning the printer heads for this model printer I figured it out trial and error using your cleaner (much better than what is recommended on websites), and Qtips. Other than these items, I am very excited to be refilling inks than filling a landfill. So, instead of paying $55 every time I run out of ink, I will pay you all instead. I know that is not the fault of the merchant, I just think the shipping prices overall are a killer for the online stores. That is the first thing people talk about. Adrian, Florida: The Canon "sneaky" electronic small pad that had to be pulled off the old cartridge and fastened to the replacement was a problem that took some doing to find the double stick tape etc in the package, but I got it going ---- finally. I wonder how others do with this hassle. Also, the messiness of the ink probably should require a couple of those smooth rubber gloves in the kit that is sent along with warnings about how runny the ink is.
